Please read the following Espedeo Customizer Terms and Additional Terms of Sale and Service carefully, before you place order(s) for any products/ services of Espedeo. These Customizer Terms form an integral part of Additional Terms of Sale and Service, subject to any contracts in writing entered into and signed between you and Espedeo separately.
By placing an order for customized magnetic cover, you expressly agree to be bound by the following Espedeo Customizer Terms, and Additional Terms of Sale and Service (as amended and updated by Espedeo from time to time) and all applicable laws.
Please understand that although we endeavor to reflect the same content that you share onto the customized magnetic cover, the physical presence of your customized content on the magnetic cover CANNOT be guaranteed as 100% identical as what you share. Espedeo will not be held liable for any deviation(s) which are not foreseeable or beyond Espedeo reasonable control.
You should NOT make available to us, and we will NOT print on the customized magnetic cover any unlawful or inappropriate content, including without limitation:
- any content that is defamatory, slanderous, libelous, or sexually suggestive;
- any content that contains explicit sexual content (including nudity), violence, or any matter offending individual or group based on religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age, or disability; and/or
- any content that does or may threaten, abuse, harass or invade any third-party privacy, or infringes our rights or rights of any third parties, including intellectual property rights and/or personality rights.
Espedeo has the right to, with or without notice, at its sole discretion cancel/ terminate provision of the customization services. In case of cancellation/ termination, Espedeo shall refund to you the amount which Espedeo has actually received from you (after deducting the costs incurred before such cancellation/ termination).
To the extent permissible under applicable law, you agree to hold harmless Espedeo from any claims due to or in relation to your (i) use or access to the Espedeo website; (ii) breach of Espedeo Customizer Terms and/or Espedeo Terms and Conditions of Use, (iii) infringement of any rights or interests of third parties; or (iv) violation of any applicable laws, rules or regulations.
